GOKI RECYCLER

Executive Summary:

GOKI RECYCLERS, a company for recycling the dying chemicals. The main object of my project is to recycle the dyed waste water from the dying industries. Because of this process many of the industries have been sealed by the Pollution Control Board (PCB) officers. The main problem was initiation of recycling unit consumes more money which is not feasible to the dying industries. And another problem is the membrane used to filter the water is much costlier. For every two or three weeks the membrane should be changed, which costs more. The large scale industries manage to do this process. But incase of SSI’s, they are so affected due to this process. Because they can’t invest such a large amount for this and also they cant manage to do the process.
To overcome this problem, I planned to buildup a recycling unit as a separate sector. Here I planned to put up recycling unit only. I am going to recycle the waste dyed water from dying industries as per the government norms. By doing this the small scale industries will reopen their business. Because they are the ones who suffer due to the non availability of this process and they can overcome their problem with government.
On taking this project, I must put up the Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant as the main equipment for recycling. The main cost of process will depend on liters dyed water collected from the industries and amount of chemicals used to recycle the water. The unit must be located around Erode city. After six months, the unit may expand to the Tirupur and Coimbatore. There is wide open market to this unit in between the dying industries including both large scale industries and small scale industries.
