EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

VIRE BREWERIES is the company that incorporated at Tamilnadu. My product which i m going to produce is Wine. Wine is a product which we get by the fermentation process of the Grape juice. The longer the process of fermentation the higher is the quality of wine. But i m not going to wait for the fermentation to happen naturally. I will do it by the sceintific techniques which gives the highest quality because quality is the first thing which consumers look for, during the process of producing wine i will always follow the rules and regulations of the Government and government agencies.

Wine is the drinks not known to many of the Indians .There are various assumptions about the drink. Most people think wine is also a drink like whisky, brandy etc. So the education of this good drink need to be done In to day’s condition, apart from the serious drinkers, the part time and official drinkers form the major sector. In fact many persons who do not want to drink are forced to take the hot drinks. Wine as a product will have major say in these sectors. Many persons may not know that wine is social drink and it may actually do well if taken in controlled way.This is not a competitor to whisky,brandy..etc.,but this is only an addition to the existing ones.

The segment to target can be the following.

1. Official parties.

2. Part time takers.

3. Family parties.

4. Upper class ladies.

5. Youngsters who want to join their parent for drink.

6. Asssociation parties.

7. Old age home parties.

8. Middle class aspirants who wants to associate with upper class.

9. Loners- who stay alone in their home o flats.

10. Small get together for business purpose in the afternoon or
evening.



All the above segments would be interested in consuming the Wine rather than the hot drinks. Moreover the Wine does not need any other addition with it. The can be taken before the food or after the food. Persons who want to discuss after the food can take this slowly and spend time on discussion. Usually the upper society ladies have the feeling that they have been left out of fun and this wine will make them feel that they have also participated fully. In official and small get to gether the hot drink may cause some trouble to get back to work but the wine will make the difference. Now days drinking at home have almost become fashion and safe. Most of the ladies feel that heir husband is safe at home rather than coming in a vehicle late in the night. I m not sure about the % of alcohol in my product but it will be more or less equal to cough syrup. So it will not affect the person who have it and so it will be safe.

During these times the parents can give wine to their grown up wards so that it will become a Saturday party with family at home. Wine does not attract any other additives. It can be taken as it is. It save time and others may not have the idea about it at all.

The marketing of this wine is another major factor. Since the segment is above the comfort level. The advantages of the product should be told or mentioned in such a way that it does not attract minors. It should be emphasized that this is not a drink at all and at the same give a feeling you have taken something. The advertisement must be done in such a way that it spread the awareness and availability of the product. The packing has to be of the best quality and very decent and attractive. The bottle has to have multiple use and mere bottle should look as present. The quality of the product should the best and no compromise to be done on this subject.

The raw material of the product should available near the factory to get the same as fresh and save transport costs. This product is not a competitor to any other existing product. In fact in course of time it may replace the existing product like whisky/brandy

Say approximately it takes 3people to consume my 1 full bottle of wine.then the order of
bottles will be around 350 bottles. i will price my bottle at Rs 1000/- pre bottle.

So 350 bottle x Rs 1000/- = Rs 3,50,000/-

Say the manufacturing, labour,transpotation, tax...etc., take me about Rs 500/- per bottle so i will be getting a profit of Rs 500/- per bottle which give 350 x Rs 500/- = Rs 1,75,000/- per month. then per year it will provide me a profit of 175000 X 12 = Rs 21,00000/- per year.

I m doing my study on the initial investment about my company. when i come to learn about it i can give an exact figure survey and finantial plan for my company.


Questions for you are
Technical details are absent - like the % of alcohol content, what scientific method in fermentation - needs specificity.....
Can you go in for advertisments in the mass media?
