TRIKE - HYBRID ELECTRICAL BIKE AND KIT
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
· Trike is a new product incorporated in cuddalore.
· It is a kit used to drive the vehicle with electric power gained from the engine in the vehicle or bike.
· Another product is also manufactured, that is a separate kit.
· The cost of the HEB kit is RS 8000/- and the cost of the Trike is from RS 28000/-for gearless and RS 34000/- to 38500/- for gear vehicles.
· The HEB kit consists of alternators, high capacity weight less battery and a belt.
· The kit is also charged in our home (household plug point).
· If the battery has the full power then it runs up to 50km to 60km of an average weight (130kg) .
· The gearless vehicles have the capacity of 80 to 100cc, and the gear vehicles have the capacity of 100cc.
· The capital is given by the owner of RS 15,00,000/-
· The finance and the equipment for the plant would be generated from the bank of RS 1,50,00,000/-
· The market of our product is sold to all two wheeler holders and those who are waiting to buy a secondhand or a new bike.

· The input of ACS will be the raw ingredient which comes out with a tasty well cooked food.
· The program is slightly complicated for the preparation of different dishes to mix the ingredients in a right proportion and to heat it at required temperature with in a short period of time.
· The requirement is given as an instruction to the system.
· The dishes come out with an alarm sound.
· The cost of equipment around 1 lakh.
· ACS first targeted towards the premier class people….

How are you going to tap the market.... I know you will say all 2 wheeler owners are your potential... But the reach to the customer how is this going to be done...
Dont you think the cost of the kit is on the higher side????
